What's Included

A kitchen that works as well as it looks

The finishes are what people notice, but a kitchen remodel lives or dies on the things behind them: a layout that suits how you cook, outlets where you need them, plumbing that does not leak into the new cabinets. As a general contractor we plan and build all of it as one job, from demolition and rough-in through cabinets, countertops, backsplash and trim. Not every kitchen needs to be gutted, either — sometimes refinishing the existing cabinets and adding a new backsplash and countertops gets most of the result for much less. We remodel kitchens across Dallas and the Metroplex and will tell you which route fits your budget.

  • New cabinetry & installation
  • Cabinet refinishing & painting
  • Quartz, granite & butcher-block countertops
  • Tile & stone backsplashes
  • Plumbing & electrical relocation, to code
  • Appliance & fixture installation

How It Works

From walkthrough to first meal

Walkthrough

We look at the space, talk through layout, materials and budget, and flag anything that changes scope — like a wall that might be structural.

Written Estimate

A clear scope and price with material allowances spelled out, plus a timeline that accounts for cabinet and countertop lead times.

Demo & Build

Demo, rough-in for plumbing and electrical, then cabinets, countertops, backsplash and trim — sequenced so trades are not waiting on each other.

Final Walkthrough

We go through the finished kitchen with you and close out the punch list before we call it done.

Frequently Asked

Kitchen remodeling questions we hear most

How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A full kitchen remodel usually runs four to eight weeks, depending on scope, how long cabinets and countertops take to arrive, and whether plumbing or electrical is being moved. Smaller updates like a new backsplash or refinished cabinets take far less. Your written estimate includes a timeline for your project.
Do I have to replace my cabinets?
Not always. If the cabinet boxes are solid, refinishing or repainting them changes the look of the whole kitchen for a fraction of the cost of new cabinetry — see our painting and drywall page for an example. We tell you honestly during the walkthrough which option makes sense.
What countertop materials do you install?
We install quartz, granite and butcher block, among others. Each has trade-offs in upkeep, heat and stain resistance, and price, and we walk through those with you against how you actually use the kitchen.
Can you move plumbing, gas or electrical?
Yes. Layout changes often mean moving a sink, a range or outlets. We coordinate that work with licensed trades as part of the same project and build it to code, so it passes inspection and nothing has to be undone later.
Do I need a permit for a kitchen remodel in Dallas?
Cosmetic work like a new backsplash or refinished cabinets usually does not. Moving plumbing, gas or electrical, or removing walls usually does. We tell you which applies during the walkthrough and handle the permit when one is needed.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. Every kitchen estimate is free and starts with an in-person walkthrough, so the price is based on your actual kitchen rather than a per-square-foot guess.
