I had RG's General Contracting handle the tiling for my fireplace floor and the surrounding wall, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The craftsmanship is excellent — clean lines, precise cuts, and a finished product that looks intentional and elevated, not rushed or sloppy. What really stood out was the attention to detail. They took the time to ensure everything was level, properly aligned, and finished correctly, especially around the edges and transitions, which is where a lot of contractors cut corners. They also kept the workspace clean and treated my home with care throughout the process. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and there were no surprises.
